Somewhere between the humidity and the sound of waves, someone mentioned a place called APB Skateshop like it was a secret code. The smell of sunscreen mixed with something less definable, maybe old sneakers or just the ocean. You could almost forget what day it was, but then someone pulled out a cooler and the weekend snapped back into focus. The number 808 kept popping up, but not in a beat, more like a reminder that this was somewhere else. Then there was the quiet moment when a seagull decided to ignore the whole scene, which felt about right.
